I've bought dark matter a couple times now. The first time I got neither a receipt or my dark matter. Second time... I got both the receipt and my dark matter as I should. My third attempt however I got my receipt saying you received payment, but an hour later I still have not received my dark matter. Will I get it at some point?

Hello ezkill, what device are you running StarPigs on. The dark matter should appear in your account immediately after purchase. The game will re-open and the dark matter should start coming in.
Also, what is your account name.

My account name is ezkill. Today I also tried purchasing the extra daily exp gain and after i completed my order, the game said purchase canceled... however I got a billing receipt saying you have received payment. And I don't see any way to confirm if I have received that bonus or not. I know the option to purchase it is still there so I'm assuming I was billed but did not get it. I feel like I need to pay twice for everything I get.

I am also not receiving gark matter after quest missions nor am i getting it from pvp, considering bdark matter is a necessity to progress in game,this should not happen.. I have done too many pve to try and progress but now i cant get special cards nor upgrade my ships please fix this problem otherwisevthe game rating will be changed by me and i will also delete the game
