Hey guys,
what happened last night?
1. All my dark matter is gone. Bought already for around 25€. Itunes Money is gone.
2. All my reasearch is gone for frigates, swift fighters, coil gun, coil turret, laser - beside the time i had to spend for it.
3. I got back in level.
4. The money that i have earned since yesterday is gone. Have been a couple of 100k.
Please let me know how to solve that! I want my things back that i have bought for real money - or refund my money!!!

There seems to be something really strange. The Account above is NECRO. Today i can login again. Lvl 13 (same as yesterday) have been on 15 or 16 two days ago. Please fix the issues above. i have started a new char yesterday named CYLON. Was level 5 last night. This morning the game starts with the intro at level 0.  you really have a couple of bad bugs that need to be fixed. I love this game, so i will be a little patient.  But please fix the minor bugs where you loose time, work and real money. Thx a lot. |

Hello necro, we have provided dark matter and credits as compensation for your loss; and are continuing to fix these bugs as they come. Nothing like thousands of players to test a system for issues  |

Got some credits and dark matter. It is less of what i have spend to reach my research very quick, because i have spend a lot of dark matter to speed up research and have been higher of what level i am now (i already had frigates and the second ressource), but in the moment better than nothing. I think the money will refund what i had spend for research in credits. Now i have to wait for finish. I do not want to use dark matter twice to speed up what i actually already had researched. Still very very very unhappy that i got the game since 1week+ but cant play!!! When will pod bug be fixed???!!!! Need a date!!

Dosent look good, starpigs looks way better, basicly a copy from other games i played.. We don't do copies, but only when player played the game for a certain amount of time they will realise  |
